I know someone is very eager to see Taeyang, and another one hopes to see G-Dragon. =) Both of them are super funny and happy-go-lucky person, and they are very very good friends of mine. One of them is important to me, another one is the best buddy of the important person. It's okay if you do not know who they are and I will not reveal here. :) According to HaloMusic, BB will be coming to Malaysia in July. It has been a long time for me to update my blog. =) I am busying for my degree program as there are plenty of works, from both workshop and tutorial classes, given and we have to finish it before the classes start. The 2 weeks plus of holidays will be spent for either playing computers or hanging out with friends. Basically, these 2 activities are the most common activities that keep our level of arousal at optimum. Anyway, you can spend the time for vacations, movies, or even studies. For me, I enjoyed the outing with Kelly and Jo. =)

Recently, Japan was struck by 7.6 magnitude earthquake, followed by the 8.9 magnitude earthquake, which caused the tsunami to approach Japan after several hours of the earthquake. Japan will soon be suffering from economic downturn as buildings, roads and lands were destroyed by the strong water current. Thousands of innocent Japanese were killed due to the disaster.

All we can do is pray for them, and wish all of them are safe. People are encouraged to donate money and usable items such as used clothes, used shoes or furniture in order to help the victims to be able to survive and live in a better condition. *pray* If you do not know anything about the incident, please feel free to watch the video below.

Finally, now is the time for me to have a rest. =) Really tired after driving back home from Sun-U. So, all of the students watched the movie 'Social Network' together. Some of them left at the beginning of the movie. But the movie was quite okay, just that we need subtitles to understand better about what they are trying to talk about because I really can't hear what they are saying. The sound of the speakers aren't clear I supposed. Anyway, good luck in your finals. TO EVERYONE FROM FIA MARCH 2010. We are going to graduate soon. yay! And start our degree program! noo...

I have watched 2 movies this year. Average 1 movie per month. Not going to have much time to spend because final exams will be coming very very soon.
Forgive and forget is a value that should be learned by everyone. Just watched the movie, Shaolin. Some of my friends said that this movie is nice too. Can we ever create peace?
The coming Monday is Valentines day. Haiz. For me, it's another valentines day without a valentine. I miss you very much. Alright, have to go now to finish up my research report. Ciaoz~

For your information, I had bought the dslr EOS 550D 2 months ago. The problem is, I use it once in a blue moon. Oh my lord, am I going to wait for the Korea trip in June to capture pictures with my dslr? =.= But there is no amazing scene that can be captured in Bandar Puchong Jaya. I used it for quite some times anyway, just that the pictures that i had captured were not more than 1500 to be precised. Alright, i know what is in your mind now. You'll be thinking what on earth is this guy doing? Owns a dslr but not capturing more interesting pictures. Anyway, I will try to capture more pictures with my dslr. =) I captured many pictures during the meeting with my close friends who came from other state, but i was not familiar with the settings of it at that time as i used normal digital camera in previous days. So hopefully i could capture better quality of pictures with them next time and more interesting pictures not only me and my friends, but also some male and female models. (Us with different outfits) ~ LOLS!
There are nice dslr cameras from other brands too, which are Nikon, Panasonic Lumix, Sony and Ricoh. Do make your wise choice on choosing a right camera. Any question to ask regarding camera, just leave a message in my cbox. I will try reply you.

Disaster of the day

For your information, it was raining very heavily yesterday(19/12/2010) and something unfortunate happened. Guess what?

Before the main electric switch was off, the lights were on. I was so 'smart', tried to switch off the switch and i was shocked. The water was leaking from the ceiling and the switch was covered by water. That's why. I just took a picture, because i went to help and clean up.

Next post : 1 day trip in Singapore. I will use my dslr to take tonnes of pictures and will upload it ASAP. Stay tune! :)

Christmas will be coming very soon. Feeling excited... would you send me a Christmas gift? haha ~ probably your answer would be no, because you would rather buy a Christmas gift for your bf/gf. right.... I do wish someone will send me a present this year. I have not received a Christmas present since a few years back. Parents will not spend time buying things that you liked anymore because cash is now the present for most of the teenagers i assumed. Anyway, a present can be expensive, it can also be a cheap one. As long as the recipient can feel your sincerity, that's good enough. Enjoy your Christmas with your loved ones =)

I guess my posts were not interesting enough..nah, the pictures were not interesting perhaps! Haha... Donny Yen's post! sigh ~ Sorry for any lame post, readers. I just felt that the picture was quite nice, and since i had a picture of myself with similar pose as Donny Yen's, so i decided to cut paste ~~ to create such picture. Anyway, i thought it was not bad.
So, guess what is in my mind now? I am pondering which Universities would be a better choice for degree. Lancaster University, Victoria University or Monash University. Marketing is the subject that i wanted to major, but unfortunately, Lancaster-U only offers Business Studies, Management degrees. There are more options of course, but marketing is not available in Lancaster-U. Victoria University, a university from Australia which offers Marketing degree, but there are several negative comments reported about the course.(No offence). So, i am hesitating..... What about Monash? I have not made any decisions yet. More information needed regarding the courses offered by Monash. Anyway, i will ask for more information if necessary.

Questions :
1) Which course should i choose? Business studies or Marketing?
2) If Monash offers Marketing course, should i transfer to Monash?
3) If other Universities(Taylors,Inti,Curtin) offer Marketing course, should i transfer too?

Planned to change to N8... but i would rather save up the money instead of changing phone as it depreciates time to time and when i am going to buy a new phone, my old phone will not have any value. Hi there. This is a random post. So i will talk about myself today. :) When i woke up this morning, my right hand was in pain, but i went for badminton. Saw some great veteran badminton players. Anyway, that was the first time i played with them. I enjoyed playing with them as their standard were as good as mine. haha! That's good for me. I just don't like to play with pro players, because i hate to lose. Just joking. It is good to play with players greater than you, so that you can learn new skills from them and find out where your mistakes are. Hopefully i am free on next Sunday, really had fun playing with the uncles and my friend.

Answer: To gain weight and be healthy, you need to consume more calories every day from healthy foods and choose the right types of exercise.

What To Eat To Gain Weight

Increasing your intake of junk foods and greasy foods is not a good way to gain weight. Junk foods usually contain unhealthy trans fats or saturated fats. Even though you need to increase your calorie consumption to gain weight, those calories should come from foods that are good for you.

Healthy fats include omega-3 essential fatty acids sources like tuna, salmon, flax, and walnuts. Good sources of protein include lean meats, fish, poultry, nuts, seeds and legumes. Healthy carbohydrate sources include fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

It may be easier to eat five or six smaller balanced meals per day rather than eating three large meals, especially if you are not used to eating much at one sitting.

Protein powders and nutritional supplement drinks can be added as in-between meal snacks if you still need more calories. Some protein powders are flavored and only need added water and some others can be blended with your choice of juice or milk to improve the taste.

It would also be a healthy idea to add a small amount of flax seed oil and some psyllium powder to add some omega-3 essential fatty acids and extra fiber.

To all of you who have a unit of Canon EOS 550D, please kindly leave your camera to me and i will take good care of it for a day. LOL~ Just kidding. It's a nice camera. I am planning to buy this camera soon along with the 18-135 mm lens. Is that lens suitable for the camera? Well, I saw some people commented that it is better to use a 18-55 mm lens to capture nearer objects and 55-200 mm to capture further objects. So, I am wondering which one would be better combination? Leave me some opinions/comments in my cbox, so that i could make comparison with other cameras. Here are some pictures of the 'camera'. Convince yourself that you do have a good memory that will improve. Too many people get stuck here and convince themselves that their memory is bad, that they are just not good with names, that numbers just slip out of their minds for some reason. Erase those thoughts and vow to improve your memory. Commit yourself to the task and bask in your achievements -- it's hard to keep motivated if you beat yourself down every time you make a little bit of progress.

Exercise your brain. Regularly "exercising" the brain keeps it growing and spurs the development of new nerve connections that can help improve memory. By developing new mental skills -- especially complex ones such as learning a new language or learning to play a new musical instrument -- and challenging your brain with puzzles and games, you can keep your brain active and improve its physiological functioning. Try some fun puzzle exercises everyday such as crosswords, Sudoku, and other games which are easy enough to download into your mobile phone and which you can practice on for several minutes per day.

Exercise daily. Regular aerobic exercise improves circulation and efficiency throughout the body -- including the brain -- and can help ward off the memory loss that comes with aging. Exercise also makes you more alert and relaxed, and can thereby improve your memory uptake, allowing you to take better mental "pictures".

Create vivid, memorable images. You remember information more easily if you can visualize it. If you want to associate a child with a book, try not to visualize the child reading the book -- that's too simple and forgettable. Time... leaves people easily. People...find difficulties to catch time.
It is August now. I did not update for almost 2 weeks. Readers, thank you for waiting. I wonder who can admit and post in my cbox, saying that he/she is one of the reader of my blog? Hmm.. In order to make my blog more interesting, i cannot blog so often, right? HAHA! so that the readers will see my blog again and again for any new updates. Unfortunately, i don't see readers interested on my blog. Perhaps there are a few numbers of them. But, i can count them by my 10 fingers, i guess so.
So, why time is so important for people? I hope everyone has a chance to go back to time. 1 chance is more than enough. If people have this opportunity, will it be good or bad? People will choose to make the same mistakes, or people will change? For me, i would be one of the people who will change for better. If i have this chance, i will be a better person. I did mistakes, mistakes on many things. The problem is, without this chance to get back to time, is it possible for me to make changes in life? Certainly, yes.
I have no 100% confidence in myself. I am scared of this, scared of that for no apparent reason. This make me feel guilty. Anyway, I tried my best to make changes. Changes that make me and everyone feel better. Therefore, i should be happy for myself, shouldn't i?
Dream, dream, dream. I shall never dream. I shall only turn dreams into reality, and live meaningfully.

There was something happened that made me feel upset about. One of my uncle had passed away this evening. He looked good a month ago, not in normal healthy status but not considered as serious. When we visited him this afternoon, he looked very exhausted and also in a great pain. He suffered, i saw and i felt. If he went for checkup one month ago, things may turn another way round. BUT, everything is always unpredictable. Who knows what will happen next? Anyway, it is the cycle of life.

Everyone has gone crazy because of FIFA WORLD CUP.
My mum and dad scream like mad fellows when any of the team misses a goal. It was so hilarious. Let's think more in-depth. If nobody screams because of football, then what is the purpose of organizing such a big event in different countries 4 years once?
I want to share something with all of you..

My dad and his 4 other colleagues bet for every game.
Winner grabs almost RM 500. Each game RM 2. So here it is..
Everyone will suggest what to do with the cash. ( some already lost due to low marks)

colleague A : If i am the lucky one, i would suggest a tea party in the office with a big watermelon to be shared................ :-) (put funny face summore)
colleague B : Having only lunch will not do. I suggest we have a dinner in souled... restaurant and i would not allow the winner to run off with the cash!!!
colleague C : To be sure i have an empty stomach, when is the dinner? Monday??

Wimbledon Tennis (UNITED KINGDOM)

Another big event in tennis history.
I will support Roger Federer all the way. Although he is not as competitive as a few years ago due to age factor but he will definitely be the favourite of all. Hopefully Federer could beat Nadal in final again. I was shocked when i saw a match in Wimbledon 2 days ago. Guess what?

Are you joking with me? My first thought. It was incredible. Nobody wanted to lose in that match but finally John Isner was the better player and he won the match. There was a prize giving ceremony specially for the two players and the umpire for the longest match played on the court and in the tennis history itself. Great stuff!

Does anyone on Earth is concerning about the global warming that is happening in this beautiful Earth? WHAT IS HAPPENING !!!!!
I doubt that the governments' plans in the entire world actually running well or not.
It is the worst century that the climate becomes so hot and so cold in a short period of time. A day to be precised which is happening in Malaysia. It is 10 times hotter than the years in 1999's.
We need to provide 'treatment' for the Earth. Or else, our country's temperature will reach up to 45 degree celsius which almost able to penetrate through our skin like laser. Sounds scary huh!
So, PLEASE save the world.

It's quite comfortable being in college as we do not need to attend classes every morning as we did during the secondary school. For A-level's students, it's compulsory for them to attend class every morning from 8.30am to 3.30pm. That would probably stressed me out. I've chosen the foundation in Arts program. To be precised, accounting is the elective subject i have selected as i want to continue my further studies to be an accountant. By choosing foundation program, basically it emphasize on the teamwork, individual coursework, presentation and etc which allow us to improve our skills.
For everyone who is thinking what to study.. My opinion, try not to go for form 6 unless you are having financial problem. Or else, college will be more preferred to be frank. There are few students in my class from lower form6. Not to say it's not good, but it is tough.

Blog REVIVED =)

In order to let my blog survive, I have decided to go to TESCO with my mum & my grandma. Actually i planned to online at 10 am but i changed my mind and followed them. Whenever we bought something for home use, it will always exceed RM 400. Maybe the prices inflated? Just joking. Then, I bought a badminton handgrip for my racquet. Before we started to buy things, we went to sushi king for our lunch. I know this post sounds boring. duh ~~

Cameron Highland trip

Let's start from the beginning of the trip..
21/12: Planned to start the journey at 10am(22/12)
22/12: 10 am : Just woke up! my parents was like oh my god.. going to be late again!!
12 pm : Journey started...
2.45 pm : Reached Ipoh. Then on the way to CMH.
3.30 pm : We was on the way actually.. not too late. but my dad was cutting the lane and chasing the front car. swt.
4.30 pm : Finally reached CMH. before reaching the brinchang, we had our tea time at tanah rata.
Basically the 2nd day and the 3rd day of the trip were some ordinary activities and we just visited some of the lands in Cameron Highland. Butterfly farm... Tea farm... Pasar malam. haha..
Anyway.. let's see some pictures that i captured, although it may not be as clear as the original picture because i re-sized it, but the view and the pictures were extraordinary. xD

oh ya.. Before we went back to KL, we dropped by Ipoh and had a lunch there.

There are 3 more weeks to end the SPM examination, 4 days left to be exact. I hope what I've done for the improvement of academics level in the passed years will really satisfy my needs to get a good result in SPM. I regretted because i did really bad in my PMR. Same thing will not happen twice in my life. I'm planning for the studies in college in the future, but i have no idea on choosing which college. Any ideas?

I'm so eager to see Roger Federer pack up Rafael Nadal to finally win the championship of the Granslam in 2009. Federer had lost almost all the meetings in grand slams with nadal except for several Wimbledon championships. RF really did a great job on fighting back his way on winning back to back(French Open 2009 & Wimbledon Open 2009). He broke Pete Sampras's record of 14 GS. Anyway, it's a wonderful moment for Federer to play US open as a father of 2 daughters. Hope he can really works on his game and win the US open for 6th straight titles! Best of Luck Roger!!!!!!!! 哀伤篇之执着
在某一天，在我还在处于低潮的那几天，我和我家人一起去探望婆婆。那里是old klang road，也是自从我婆婆从中国来到马来西亚的时候住到现在的地方吧！所以我应该是混血儿，中马。哈哈...太扯了！就在当天，我看见她了。只看见她身体状况每况愈下，这点儿让我觉得满难过的。她今年87岁了。也许是医生劝她多吃素的关系，她听从那医生的指示，结果到现在她连一块肉也没吃了。我们有劝了她，少许的肉一要吃的，毕竟它提供'protein'，不过她却不肯听。就是因为这样，她看起来整个人瘦了好多！经过了这件事，我觉得其实还有很东西值得我们珍惜。我们不应该浪费太多时间在不必要的事情上。希望她能快点好过来。=]

1)紧张时别显露自己的缺点。例如:小动作，反复动作。
2)不要用气音唱歌，要不然很快就会卦
3)与评审和观众有眼神交流
4)脸部表情是传达感情的方法
5)凭感觉享受这个舞台
6)比赛时，声音不能太小。毕竟现场只靠呈现的方式

Feel so down when i saw something. Maybe I think too much.
Went to 联谊会 today...there were many programmes la. But most of them were like very 'sien',until when it almost going to end, the figure 4' crew had brought some noise to the crowd. Their dance was superb! I dunno why i felt like wanna learn MJ(The King Of Pop)'s dance.. anyway, I was having fun while waiting for the bus. haha! Just joking. We waited for almost 30 minutes for a bus 'U60' RAPID KL!!!!! then, it took an hour for us back from Kota Raya to IOI. But on the road, me suet ying and yi sin were chatted quite a load of stuffs. and a few friends from different school were saying yi sin 'dead fish'! lol.. this is all for today. Have a nice day^^

大概8点左右,节目正式开始了..开场的时候,Jojo的服装很不错。接着，第一位就是人气盛旺，以往都已广东歌取得评审们青睐的刘界辉。开场就唱侧田的歌..很好听。然后就轮到我朋友最支持的Alvin!开始之前，她不停叫我拍手。我心想:Alvin都不是我心目中的冠军。哈哈，开玩笑的啦！其实他唱得很好，不过现场多人嘛..可能是紧张的关系，所以表现有点落差。还好Min 黄毓敏不负众望，当中还是她的个人特色让我最赏心悦目。然后还有两位，表现就还好..so so `成绩揭晓时，她好担心Alvin会出局。
结果嘞？新秀大赛第5名:Alvin !!!
她好激动..不过比赛还是有赢有输的。

不知道今天Janice出了什么状况？
看见她好像走路都没有力的...
第一次看见嘉宾唱几句就下台了。
真可惜！！！
